faq
Do you take a cut on transactions?

No. GRM is a marketplace by listing, not by transaction. Buyers and vendors transact direct — same payment rails, contracts, and POs you already use. We never see your invoice values.

Is the starter tier really free, or a 14-day trial?

Genuinely free. No card required. The starter tier gets you listed and takes 50 inquiries per month — enough for many small vendors to never need to upgrade.

What does buyer "free forever" mean?

It means buyers don't pay GRM. Ever. We don't believe in charging the side that brings demand to the platform. Vendor subscriptions and add-ons fund the product.

Annual discount?

Yes — 17% off when billed annually. Applies to vendor pro and buyer enterprise plans.

How do you handle private rates and confidential pricing?

Vendor catalogs default to public-rate visibility. Private rate sheets can be tagged so they're only shown to specific verified buyers (or buyer groups). On enterprise, you can run fully private deal rooms.

What about regions and currency?

GRM supports 47 countries and 18 currencies. Rates are stored in vendor's local currency and normalised on the buyer's side — we use mid-market FX, refreshed daily, with the rate timestamp shown next to every price.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All your data — catalogs, RFQs, inquiries, analytics — is exportable to CSV / JSON at any time. No lock-in. The pro and enterprise tiers add programmatic API access.
